5:00pm Networking, 5:30pm Program - What is Process Improvement?

What do self-checkouts at retail stores, you-wash-it car washes, and eBay all have in common?  They are all ways in which our everyday world has successfully improved everyday processes.  Industries everywhere are seeking to gain a competitive edge in the business world by increasing people's access to services while minimizing or reducing the inconvenience to their customers.  This presentation will highlight the benefits of process improvement and detail a standardized approach for problem solving that can be applied to any industry.
