PROGRAM:
In lieu of our February meeting, Maureen Fitzgerald, Vice President of the Manhattan branch of the American Cancer Society, has graciously extended an invitation for the New York City Chapter of IAAP and guests to meet at the ACS New York Headquarters. If you wish, you will be able to tour Hope Lodge, their 90-person residential facility, which is available free of charge to out-of-town cancer patients undergoing treatment in New York City. Maureen will also be on hand to talk about the work of the American Cancer Society nationally and to answer any questions you may have. The meeting will be held this one time only at:

Please note that due to security concerns, you must RSVP so that we may give your name to the security office by noon on Tuesday, March 9. If you do not RSVP, you will not be allowed into the building. Allow 15 minutes to clear security, as photo ID passes are required.

Many members expressed an interest in finding safe, reliable ways to donate to the relieve effort in Haiti. I have added information regarding donations to the Chile relief effort. My thanks to New York City Chapter members for suggesting it!
